Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of non refundable deposit of 25% of total rental fee.

A 30 euro fee will be payable if arrival is after 8pm and departure is before 9am.

Confirmation will usually be made by e-mail.

Balance of fee is payable by transfer 6 weeks before arrival.

Tax sejour will be charged at EUR 0.75 / day / per person -payable in cash at the resort. |

Cancellation refunds: 4 - 6 weeks before arrival - 25% of rate refunded; less than 4 weeks before arrival - no refund.
Check your holiday insurance covers you for cancellation.
If cancellation is made by us, full refund will be made to you.

Banking charges are the responsibility of the sender.

A security deposit in cash will be required upon arrival. Deposit is refundable upon departure, less any breakages, loss of property or additional cleaning charges at keyholders discretion.

The studios/appartments should be left as found, (clean & tidy). Cleaning charges are not included and are at EUR 55 for studios and EUR 80 for bedroom apts.

Only persons on the booking form should be accommodated or contract could be terminated immediately.

|
One set of linen per bed is provided per week.
|
|

|
Towels are available for an additional charge but must be booked in advance on our Booking Enquiry form.

The owner accepts no responsibility for loss , theft or damage to the property or person of the client at all times. You must have your own personal holiday insurance.

No responsibility can be accepted for the breakdown of public supplies including water or electricity, or any other amenities outside of our control. However, every effort will be made by the keyholder to recify the problem, acting on behalf of the client and owner. Under no circumstances will the keyholder, enter into any negotiations for claims for compensation whilst the client is on holiday. |
