Garden laid to lawn with fruit trees. Separate childrens garden with swing set and woodern play house. Barbeque on the terrace. Covered terrace with teak table and dining for 6 /8.  Sun Loungers / deck chairs.  

The kids and you can enjoy the safety of the garden but still have the enjoyment of the large pool with shallow childrens area on the residence. 

Area 
 
Ideally located 5 mins by car to the medieval village of Biot.  This pretty village is famous for its hand blown bubbled glass in an array of colours. There are lots of interesting shops, bars and restaurants as well as local market once a week. A few minutes walk from our gated domain you will find a new shopping area with a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and childrens play area as well as the Provencale Golf course and driving range. There is also the Golf de Biot a few minutes drive away as well as tennis courts in Biot.  
 
The beautiful seaside town of Antibes is just 7km to the south with its sandy beaches, Picasso museum and international port. For children and adults alike just 5 mins away is Marineland the large aquatic theme park, Aquasplash the waterpark and Antibesland the fun park, as well as crazygolf, and Le Petite Farm.  
 
Further up the hill are Valbonne, Roquefort and Le Rouet, all pretty provencale style villages.  
 
For beaches and beachclubs there is famous Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan just 10 mins away. 
 
With Cannes and Nice just 20 mins away and Monaco less than 1hr and Italy 1hr 20 you are in the centre for touring this amazing area of the Cote D’Azur.
